Protein balls or energy bites are the perfect snacks to keep you in shape and give you the energy to complete your workout!
The best part about this tasty snack is that they can be done at home in a short time and with a low budget.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Milk
Instructions:
1. Cover a baking tray with a parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl add and stir oats, cranberries, and cinnamon.
3. In the same bowl add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. If the mixture is too dry, slowly add milk and stir.
4. Use the mixture to make balls and then place them on the baking tray.
5. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
